Nomination Guideline

AWARD NOMINATION GUIDELINES

WHAT IS A NOMINATION

Award Nomination is a fantastic way of putting an individual or a firm in the spotlight which may honour the inspiring achievements of individuals and firms you know across all segments of accountancy. Showcasing excellence and achievement is a vital tool in the continuing battle to establish equality across all parts of the industry and in all roles. Nominations are one of the ways to ensure that the best and the brightest get the recognition of all the hard work, enthusiasm and diligence they have put into the businesses as well as been recognised, not only by you, your company, your colleagues and clients but by the whole region.

WHEN IS THE NOMINATION OPEN?

Nominations are officially opening on 22nd Apr 2020 along with Pre-launch of the event. But all our award night nominations are unofficially opened six months prior to the award ceremony.

HOW TO SUBMIT NOMINATIONS

Making a nomination is very straightforward and is designed to be targeted and not overly time consuming.  You simply need to complete the online form for the relevant category and this will be submitted automatically to us once completed. Entries can only be accepted via the entry form.  Fill out all of the required information, and make sure you choose the correct category from the list. Criteria for each award can be viewed on the categories page. Please note nominations can only be accepted for one category per individual. Each category has a list of criteria that should be referred to in your nomination.  You can select multiple categories in one nomination

WHO CAN NOMINATE?

Nominations can be made by the prospective nominee themselves, by a third party or by the event organisers. Practices, employers, institutes, clients, suppliers and colleagues who have had positive contact with the accounting profession are encouraged to make nominations to ensure the fullest range of candidates is put forward. Accountancy professionals who meet the criteria for a category can also make their own entry.
