About this category
This award recognises an individual accountant, in practice or in industry, whose technical skill, judgement and client care over the last twelve months have made a real difference. Judges look for the entrant's own contribution and the value it created.
Eligibility
Open to qualified and part qualified accountants in practice or in business, at any level.

Additional criteria
Entries should include a concise case study, supporting figures and, where possible, client or colleague evidence. Client names and commercially sensitive numbers may be anonymised or given as percentages and ranges, and nothing in an entry is ever shared beyond the judging panel. Judges consider the size of the practice or team, so sole practitioners and smaller firms compete on equal terms.
