Based on support services and strategy implementation, this award considers how the accountant structures their approach to drive revenue while ensuring exemplary services to clients.
ELIGIBILITY
This award is open to all accountants who provided services to property investors in the last 12 months
Entries can be submitted by
- organisations nominating their employees,
- from clients nominating individuals as their suppliers or
- individuals wishing to recognise either their own or their colleague's efforts.

* Where possible the impact should be demonstrated by evidence available publicly, e.g. social media or Glassdoor.
For entrants from Practice please attach evidence of nominee's professional qualification as a chartered accountant (i.e. third-party affirmation or copy of the certificate). Qualifications from the following professional accounting bodies are accepted: ACCA, ICAEW, ICAS, CIMA, CIPFA, CIoT.
Judging Criteria
The judges will be looking for clear information backed up by facts that pay particular attention to the criteria listed below.
- Professionalism: outline the Evidence of professional conduct and performance
- Measurable Success: outline the facts of quantifiable performance improvements and personal excellence and how success was recorded and measured.
- Innovation: Please include details of any unique efforts or uses of technology introduced by the individual that has successfully improved the performance of their team or the organisation as a whole Demonstrating the innovation encouraging positive change
- Role Model: Demonstration of how the candidate is a positive role model
- Quality of service: Outline how the individual exceeded expectations through their work.
- Teamwork: Outline how the individual has contributed to the success of their team, and displayed commitment, enthusiasm and flexibility in the role.
- Impact: What makes this individual stand out from colleagues? Outline their achievements to date, summarising their contribution to the growth and success of the organisation.
- Please include a testimonial from the individual’s head of department or supervisor where possible.
QUALITATIVE CRITERIA
Judging Criteria:
- Clear description of what is exceptional about the service provided including one or more illustrative examples.
- Information about the assistance and advice provided to clients or an employer which is beyond expectations.
- How support has been provided to clients or an employer to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their business.
- Evidence of how encouragement or assistance has supported the development of the client’s or employers business.
- Support and encouragement of Continuing Professional Development/education for the client or employer.
Judges will assess the nomination on the following areas:
- Increased/sustained financial achievement for the company and/or clients
- Client service excellence
- Impact to firm or company
- Added value to clients

Open to qualified accountants working in accountancy firms or as sole practitioners based in the region

The winner can be nominated by themselves or anyone within their organisation that believes the individual concerned has made a significant contribution via their activities or influence. Please ensure that you have the permission of the nominee before making the submission.

You will need to submit two forms of supporting evidence with your entry form.
